Fit Friday: Daily Workout

Quote of the Day: “Sweat is just fat crying.” LOL that quote is very funny. Thanks Drew for sharing it with me. I’ve decided to dedicate Fridays to fitness related posts. I don’t know how long that’ll keep up, but for now, you know what you’ll be getting each Friday. To start off, I’m going to share every active thing I did yesterday (Thursday, September 17, 2020). Staying active in times like these is the only thing that keeps me sane. Plus, when you’re sitting and working all day, it’s very important to get your body moving whenever you get the chance. 7:30-8:30 am: Morning…

What’s Your Hurdle Moment?

Quote of the Day: “Challenge is inevitable. Growth is optional.” I’ve spent a lot of time walking and driving around my neighborhood during this pandemic. I chose this as my challenge because I really wanted to push my limits and workout harder than I ever have in a while. Today, I share my results from the challenge and let you know my thoughts. Peloton…

December Challenge

I kind of liked how I set small goals for myself to hit before my 21st birthday, so I thought I would create one big challenge for me for the month of December and a few smaller challenges or goals. I’m going to keep the smaller goals to myself, but I thought I would share this large challenge, just in case anyone wanted to join me. Challenge:  So for the month of October, Gretchen Geraghty, one of my favorite Youtubers ever, went to 30 Soul Cycle classes. Soul Cycle was doing something called Soul Gifted where you choose a number of rides to complete in…
