Whole30 Week 2 + 3 Review

Quote of the Day: “It’s normal to not eat perfectly.” This quote says it all and pretty much sums up my weeks 2 and 3 on the Whole30 diet. I have for sure broken some rules on this thing, but you know, I still feel like I’m seeing some good results. The second week was a lot harder than week one.
