Matcha lattes have easily become one of my FAVORITE drinks. I’m not a huge coffee drinker, even though I do really like iced vanilla soy lattes, but I do like drinking something other than water and sometimes I do need a little caffeine to get me through the day. New York City: Day 2

Keeping the intro real short today! I’m back with day two of Spring Break in New York City! Day Two:  Day two was just me and my mom. We started the day off going to the Vessel. The Vessel is a new structure down in the Chelsea area. I don’t know if there is any real significance to this structure, but it’s essentially a lot of stairs. It looks like an inverted bird cage I guess. It’s so cool! I recommend going on a weekday if you can…the weekend would be crazy busy! Also, there’s an elevator if you cannot make it to the top,…
