Working out has become a big part of my life. I workout pretty much every week day and occasionally on the weekends as well… depending on how I’m feeling. I was a pretty active child. I grew up swimming and had swim practice every day and then I also played basketball in middle school and tennis in high school. College is a time for experimenting: experimenting socially, experimenting with alcohol, and experimenting with new habits. As college students, we are on our own.
