Getting Back on Track & April Fitness Goals

Spring Break is over, graduation is right around the corner, and Taylor is looking and feeling really fluffy. April is the month to get back on track and just get SHREDDED! Just kidding, I just want to feel better and get fitter (more fit?)! There’s 3.5 more weeks in April, so I’m creating three different categories that correlates to each week. Basically, each week I will focus on something whether that be cutting something out or incorporating something. I don’t know how this will work, but I just need something that will push me to get back on track! Here we go! Getting Back On…

My Gym Essentials

I have been going to the gym consistently for about four years now. I started running with my mom my senior year of high school after tennis season ended and got into really good shape. Once I went to college, I knew I was on my own for working out and I needed to stay active if I wanted to remain the shape I was in. I started going to the gym at least 4 times a week and have continued that routine all throughout college. Throughout my four years of going to the gym consistently, I curated a list of things that I cannot…

December Challenge Completion Results

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had an amazing New Years Eve. I am honestly so happy that it is January…primarily because I don’t have to worry about my December Challenge anymore. Peloton…

December Challenge

I kind of liked how I set small goals for myself to hit before my 21st birthday, so I thought I would create one big challenge for me for the month of December and a few smaller challenges or goals. I’m going to keep the smaller goals to myself, but I thought I would share this large challenge, just in case anyone wanted to join me. Challenge:  So for the month of October, Gretchen Geraghty, one of my favorite Youtubers ever, went to 30 Soul Cycle classes. Soul Cycle was doing something called Soul Gifted where you choose a number of rides to complete in…

My Workout Routine

Working out has become a big part of my life. I workout pretty much every week day and occasionally on the weekends as well… depending on how I’m feeling. I was a pretty active child. I grew up swimming and had swim practice every day and then I also played basketball in middle school and tennis in high school. I think that being active is so important and crucial for living a healthy life. Not only does working out help maintain a healthy weight, it also helps to keep your heart healthy. Why would you not do something so simple to make you feel better…
