What’s In My Juice

I just bought a juicer and I am so stoked about it! My mom bought one around 6 months ago and every time I go home, I juice everyday. It is the perfect way to get in your daily fruits and vegetables. Once I got back to school, I couldn’t juice anymore and I missed it so much, so I just decided to buy a cheap one.

I bought the Hamilton Beach Juicer Model 67608Z. It was $59.99. I will link it down below. Although it is not as good as the one my mom has at home, it does the job. I just love being able to make healthy juices everyday. It is the perfect way to start the day and it makes me feel so good!


I have realized that there is no perfect recipe for juicing. You can add whatever vegetables or fruits to the juice and it will taste delicious. I like to feel as though my juices are detoxing my body, so I add a lot of ginger and lemon.


Fruits and vegetables I’ve been adding to my juices: 

  • red apple
  • green apple
  • celery
  • cucumber
  • pineapple (occasionally)
  • beets (occasionally)
  • ginger (a lot of it)
  • lemon juice
  • spinach


I definitely recommend buying a juicer! It is so much cheaper than going to the store and buying  juice there. Also a lot of juices in stores add extra, unnecessary sugar.  You can add whatever you want and make it taste however you want it to taste. There are NO rules at all! It’s a perfect way to get healthy!
